Hi, I’m Charné Adams!

I believe the most important thing in life is to enjoy it and be happy. I’m a positive, happy person who loves getting work done and strives to provide exceptional service to all my clients. To me, excellent service is the key to keeping our clients satisfied. I love my job, and I’m constantly learning; no two days in the world of insurance are ever the same.

A little about my personal life: I’m 42 years old and a proud mom of two wonderful boys, Chandler (11) and Luca (8). I love gardening and spending days at the beach with my family.

I’ve been in the insurance industry for six years. My journey began in reception, followed by a move to the Claims department, then to personal underwriting, and finally back to my true calling in Claims. I am now the Head of Claims at Strata Insurance Brokers.

I hold RE5 and NQF4 qualifications. I believe that happiness is something we create for ourselves – it’s the best “makeup” we can wear.
